The Evolved Manager is a new approach to People Manager development. It takes a pro-active and positive approach rather than focusing on the negative and minority tasks.
Regardless of whether you manage one junior person or a board of Directors The Evolved Manager is suitable for anyone that managers people. The key is your attitude to people and whether you can see the value if a different style of people management.
By the end of the programme you will have a clear understanding of the behaviours and attributes that make you a great manager. You will have clarity and confidence on what your team needs from you and you will have developed practical skills that you will have the opportunity to practise and discuss within your support community.
You will have begun your work with your team on the team relationships, setting standards and expectations that allow you to get the best out of your team. You will be able to take a more proactive approach to your management style which will create opportunities for you to identify potential issues and deal with them in a more informal way. “Nipping things in the bud.” You will have Evolved and you will have access to a toolkit that allows you to continue your evolution even when you have finished the programme.

Duration: 10 weeks
Format: A virtual learning experience with material posted into membervault on a weekly basis. Including video’s, tasks and downloadable workbooks.
A weekly zoom call to provide support, advice and space for Q&A. This will be recorded for people that cannot attend.
A private community (hosted in a facebook group) to support your Evolution and connect you with fellow managers.
